Year 6 have been developing their life skills this week. We were given a budget based on the money raised from our whole school Christmas Jumper Day. The money was split between 5 groups who were each given a scenario based on local food bank users to buy a food parcel for. We researched and made shopping lists. We went to Asda and bought our groceries making sure to keep count of the price so we didn't go over budget. We were shocked to discover how much money we could save by doing our research and looking at own brand items! Well done Year 6!
