The Day of the Dead

Reception class have also made their own tissue paper decorations, and decorated the classroom with them. Today the children really enjoyed watching Coco, which is all about The Day of the Dead.

Reception class have loved learning about Dia de los Muertos, The Day of the Dead. We’ve created an Altar with flowers, candles, coloured skulls, fruit, with the cross, and Jesus and Mary. The children offered their own prayers for our family members who have died, and the Holy Souls.
